I like hard problems, and solving them with other people.
Pair programming is one of my favorite ways to work, and I'm always looking for ways to grow as an engineer, including as a mentor. I'm happiest building the pieces other engineers build on, like shared hooks and component libraries, and I work best in close partnership with product, where questions get answered quickly and we shape features together.
